Preschoolers are learning every minute of the day.  They are curious about everything and they are precious…to you, to God, and to Oak Valley.

In a world in which our society is changing quickly, there has never been a more important time for us to rely on the unchanging Word of God to help families firmly root their lives within the truth God has provided for every generation.  Our Preschool Ministry is a nurturing place where your child will play, sing, and learn about God’s love in a safe environment.

Sundays at OVBC

SUNDAY SCHOOL FOR PRESCHOOLERS – 8:45 AM

Sunday morning Bible study classes, taught at an age-appropriate level, are available for preschool-aged children and led by adults that are gifted and trained to teach children.  Introducing your child to the Word of God through songs, play, and activities, Oak Valley’s desire is to partner with you to lay a foundation that can build a life-long relationship with Christ.

EXTENDED TEACHING CARE (ETC) – 10 AM

While families attend Sunday morning worship service, preschoolers (Birth through 3 year olds) sing, move, and laugh as they are taught Bible stories and biblical principles through songs, games, activities, and play.

After Pre-K children worship with their families during the beginning of the worship service, immediately before the sermon, these children join the Preschool and Children’s Minister for Wiggle-n-Worship with all the children in the nursery and preschool area.

8:45 am – Sunday School
10 am – Extended Teaching Care (ETC)  for Birth – Pre-K /WIGGLE-n-WORSHIP

WEDNESDAY

6:30-7:30 Childcare is provided for birth through 2 years. Children ages 3 and 4 are learning Bible verses A to Z each week. You can follow along with Susan Hunt’s book My ABC Bible Verses: Hiding God’s Word in Little Hearts.
